Frequently asked questions about Kenya safaris

A 1-day safari from Mombasa to Tsavo East starts from around $120–$160 per person depending on group size. A 2-day/1-night package including accommodation, meals, park fees and transport typically starts from $250–$320 per person. Luxury lodge options and longer itineraries are priced on request. All our quotes are fully all-inclusive — park entry fees, open-roof safari vehicle, professional guide-driver, and all meals during the safari. What you are quoted is what you pay, with no hidden charges.
Kenya is a year-round safari destination. The dry season from June to October offers the best wildlife viewing — vegetation is sparse, animals gather around water sources, and the Great Wildebeest Migration passes through the Masai Mara between July and September. The green season from November to May brings lush landscapes, fewer crowds, excellent birdwatching, and lower prices. Tsavo East and West are excellent year-round from Mombasa regardless of season.
Yes — Kenya's national parks are safe, well-managed, and visited by hundreds of thousands of international travellers every year. We are a fully licensed operator (TRA/2/01/C01/211) and every vehicle in our fleet is park-certified, insured, and safety-checked before every trip. Our guides carry radios and maintain constant contact with park rangers throughout every game drive. We understand that booking a safari involves trust — our 4.7-star Google rating across 71 verified reviews reflects the consistent safety and quality of every trip we operate.
Yes — we offer 1-day safaris departing from Mombasa, Diani Beach, Watamu, and Kilifi. A typical 1-day safari departs as early as 4:30am, enters Tsavo East National Park for a full morning game drive, includes a packed lunch, and returns you to your hotel by late afternoon or early evening. Despite being a single day, guests regularly spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and more. Contact us to arrange a pickup directly from your hotel or resort.
Absolutely. We arrange door-to-door service for all our safaris — pickup directly from your hotel, resort, or Airbnb along the Kenya coast, and drop-off at the end of your safari. We can also arrange airport transfers to and from Moi International Airport (Mombasa) and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (Nairobi). Just let us know your accommodation and travel dates when you enquire and we will include everything in your quote.
